The Shop module offers your customer to either have settlement transferred to his/her account, purchase a product or buy a voucher.
As soon as a claim is closed, the customer receives a link to the Shop. Here the customer can either have settlement transferred to his/her account or purchase a product or a gift card.
The settlement amount and a group of product suggestions are immediately available in the shop based on the claim category. The customer also have the option to make a purchase that exceeds the settlement amount and pay the difference or choose something less expensive and keep the remainder in the ClaimShop account.
eVoucher makes it fast and easy for customers to purchase lost items. First of all eVoucher makes it possible for the insured to go to a shop immediately after receiving their settlement.
This means no more waiting for a voucher to arrive by post, and no need to print anything out. The customer simply enters the eVoucher code they receive by SMS when it’s time to pay in the shop.
