Scalepoint transmits all invoice and payment data directly to the company's claims- and payment system where payments are automatically queued for payment. The system can also manage and transfer credit, payment on account, and policy holders’ own risk.

Claims handlers’ workflow is optimized because manual entry tasks and errors are eliminated. In fact, the time spent on payment of an invoice is reduced by half. And the system provides fewer reminders.
