An improved user experience is coming

At Scalepoint, we’ve launched an exciting and comprehensive project to introduce a brand-new, modern user interface across all our solutions — including CORE, HUB, ClaimShop, and add-on modules.

For all our users, this means a simpler, more streamlined experience wrapped in a refreshed and modern design — with the ability to customize colors to match each customer’s logo and brand palette.

With the new user interface, our customers will get:

  • A redesigned and more intuitive user interface

  • The option to apply custom branding with logos and colors

  • A gradual rollout with the opportunity to provide feedback along the way

We’re starting by updating the user interface in our Major Events module — an add-on used across several of our solutions. The Major Events module allows users to link specific events, such as storms or cloudbursts, to insurance claims. This provides a quick statistical and financial overview of all claims related to the same incident. The module is also optimized to give users an even better overview and a more efficient workflow.

The new interface and features will be rolled out gradually — and we look forward to showing you what we’re working on.
