We’ve recently made it possible to synchronize case handlers, submit offers, and gain even greater insight into task progress. More and more service partners are discovering how our integrations help streamline their workflows—such as by retrieving and displaying all files and images directly in their own case management systems.

Right now, we're working on enabling service partners to upload files to claims cases via our API. This will further strengthen collaboration and make data exchange even smoother.
