To ensure both transparency and continuous improvement of our sustainability efforts, like more than 130,000 other companies, we have chosen EcoVadis as a partner for sustainability reporting. One of the strengths of EcoVadis is that, in addition to being the world's largest and most trusted provider of sustainability reporting and ratings, they also provide specific recommendations on how we can continuously improve in areas such as the environment, business ethics, labor and human rights, and sustainable value chains. The sustainability report, including both the rating and recommendations, is a valuable tool because EcoVadis' questionnaire is based on both local legislation and best practices in these areas. With EcoVadis as a partner, we not only assess our current efforts, but we also have the tools to ensure and enhance them in the future.

We know how difficult an invisible disability can make everyday life, and it doesn't get any easier when you're in a stressful situation, such as having to make a claim. That is why we are members of the HD Sunflower Program and have established a "Solsikkelinje" for our customer service, available for end-users of our solution, ClaimShop, where we receive up to 4.000 calls per month. It is important to both us and our customers that everyone has a positive experience when interacting with our customer service for help with their claims.
